This mower does not start!

I don't know why. I'd love to not be mechanically declined, but I have no idea how to fix it, and since I no longer need it, I'm selling it as is.

Background that may help you know if its worth it for you to buy.

I bought it early this year, used it a few times before it got really hot. Then we stopped using it because my brother got all excited about his fiskars push mower, and got on a kick to get some cardio while mowing and keep a really immaculate lawn.

I pulled the JD out of the garage last week, and it wouldn't start. I drained the gas tank, replaced it with new gas, and still no start. Since that represents the outer limits of my small engine knowledge, I present this mower for sale.

It was a $500 new, I'll take take 100 if you come to me (near mall of GA), 150 if I drive around 10 miles, and for 200 I'll drive up to 50 miles. I have spare air filters, and spark plugs I'll include with it. With its manufacturing date, this unit is still under a JD warranty but since my little brother still likes his push mower, I just want to be quit of this thing. Hopefully someone handy will get a good deal.

I'll happily accept trades at the listed values in ammo, reloading supplies, steel targets, or firearms, I can include some ammo myself or cash to even out a trade that's not square.

Oh, and the ammo I can use in no particular order:

380
9mm
357 sig
357mag
38 spc
30-06
308
7.62x39
22lr
22-250
223
40s&w
45acp
12ga
30-30

It is most likely in the carburator. It is usually a quick fix but you will need a can of carburator cleaner and a few tools. There is a hollow bolt on the bottom of the carburator that holds the bowl on. The hollow part of the bolt is usually what gets clogged and no fuel will flow through the bolt. Just a note, you will either have to drain the gas tank or disconnect the fuel line and plug it off or you will have gas going every where.
