Item Name: Glock 19 Gen 3, RTF 2

Location: Columbus

Willing to Ship: No

Item is for: Sale or Trade

Sale Price: 450

Trade Value or Items Looking For: Like new/excellent condition Glock 26

Caliber: 9mm

Item Description: I've got a Glock 19 with RTF 2. I picked it up "used" from a pawn shop because I offered them the cash I had in my pocket and to my surprise they agreed. I couldn't pass it up. Since buying it I've not fired it myself.

I use quotes on the word Used because it honestly looks like it hasn't been fired and if so, less than a few rounds (perhaps only loaded, but not fired). It just had some dust in the barrel. It was my mistake to wipe down and lube the gun and wipe out the factory copper colored grease (my only chance to prove it's "like-newness"). It came with one new 15-rd magazine and a mismatched Glock box with the usual mag loader, manual, and gun lock.

I'd rather trade than sell, but as you know... cash always works.

I'm looking for a Glock 26 of fairly recent production (last 2 years or so). Gen 3 or Gen 4 is fine. Let me know what you've got!

Sorry for the lousy cell phone photos. The gun has strait serrations. Not gills.

Your opinion fellas... should I keep it? I shoot 9mm better (faster and accurate) than my .45 Auto Glock 21SF. I already have a G26 and love it. Should I keep the G19 for competition?

i would over the g26. the g26 is a good "get off me" gun, but i can't shoot accurately past about 20-30 feet. g19 is much easier for me to be accurate with, and my g17 tops the g19. of course the g17 is a little harder to conceal. always tradeoffs i guess.

I find that the G26 with the pinky extension is not significantly easier for me to conceal than the G19 to overcome the hit in capacity, sight radius and general comfort when shooting. Plus I get the heck chewed out of my fingers from mag bite on the G26. I would keep it. It's not like they are making more RTFs.

Yeah I honestly have to say keep it, and this is coming from someone who is looking to buy one. I had one sold it, now not even a month later im looking for another one, as will you probably be if you sell or trade it.

Keep it. In my opinion the 19's have so much to offer in every aspect of its build. Plus, I heard from a couple of local dealers (Douglas county shops) that for some reason the Glocks just aren't coming in and are in no way meeting the demand. I'm the proud owner of a 19 and love everything about it.
