Recently purchased from another ODT'r, but not really what I was looking for.

Harrington & Richardson - .223 Cal - Youth size (12" Length of Pull trigger to recoil pad), 22" Heavy threaded barrel with Yankee Hill Machine flash hider / suppressor mount. Comes with Generic fixed 3 x scope mounted on factory rail, cheap sling and a hammer extension for scope / thumb clearance.

Is the gun legal to hunt with. With that on the barrel.

The rules only require a 22 cal or larger, center fire rifle... I don't know why a flash suppressor would be a problem. Thousands of people hunt with AR-15's that are the same bullet and have flash suppressors too...
