Item Description: Up for sale is my 500 gallon of set smoker.
It is new and ready to cook! Good tires with plenty of tread
The cooking area is 6'x4' and is made up of 2 removable stainless steel expanded metal grates. This makes cleanup a breeze and allows access to your drip/water pans. It also has dual thermometers to keep an eye on everything.
The firebox is roughly 4'x3'x2' to get the massive cooking area up to temp quickly. I have a propane burner to assist in cold starts that I haven't installed yet. The firebox inhales through an adjustable 11"x11" air inlet, it will also allow you to feed the coals without opening the rear door. The large rear door only has to be opened to clean out the firebox!
The smoker also has a wood storage cage with cooler racks on the front of it!
A lot of hard work, careful planning, and good materials went into this smoker. That being said, be reasonable with any offers.
