Item Description: I'm listing this JD420 and my John Deere Diesel 330. I haven't decided yet if I'll let them both go or not. The only reason I’m selling is to get a tractor with a backhoe (1025r, 2025r, etc). I'm motivated to sell or would be willing to trade towards your 1025r or 2025r with backhoe (with cash on my end of course).
Great condition 1988 John Deere 420—a heavy-duty, classic garden tractor known for its smooth power and rugged build. 2 speed transmission with torque for days. Power steering, etc. This has the sought after 50" mid-mount mower deck and runs super strong.
Starts easily, cuts clean, and is ready for acreage or large lawns.
This thing is a beast and moves leaves like you wouldn't imagine (I mow the entire lawn in one direction and it clears everything).
