Up for sale is a Finnish Mosin Nagant M28. This M/28 was made by Tikkakoski. It is numbers matching on the receiver (despite the numbers being crossed out at some point) and the bolt. It has a mismatched magazine plate but that’s pretty normal with a Finnish Mosin. The Civil Guard number points it to the Pirkka-Häme Civil Guard District. It is missing a screw on the front sling swivel and does have a slice of the stock missing by the butt plate. The butt plate is firmly secured on the butt stock so the piece missing doesn’t effect the rifle. The rifle does have cosmoline in it still so it will require some cleaning.
Finnish Mosins are rarer to find and are very interesting pieces of history. I’m open to offers! Also, open to trades for other WW1 or WW2 milsurps. Feel free to comment below or send me a message. Thank you for looking!
