Item Description: This is a JM stamped 2002 Marlin 1894cb (Cowboy) with a 24” barrel. I picked this up rather recently and is super slick. I did install a new mag tube spring recently as well so is good to go. It also has a safety plug installed.
The buttstock is the reason for the lower price. It had 2 cracks both of which were repaired and will not affect integrity. Last similar cowboy I saw on gunbroker sold for more than $1700 so I tried to be fair on pricing as I know the stock detracts a bit.
This is a JM marlin so has very good blueing, it is a 20 year old gun though and has been used. Rifling is great, and I tried to put a pic of that as well.
Trades I would consider would be partial trades such as a Henry .357, S&W 617/63, Glock 17/34 MOS, Ruger No. 1, and other levers considered
