Have you ever wanted to repeatedly assault the French positions at Verdun, losing hundreds of thousands of men just for a few yards of ground only to rapidly lose all your gains? Well probably not, but now you too can experience what it was like to use the most advanced weaponry at the turn of the century. Today I have for sale or trade a Mauser C96 with wooden holster stock and leather rig. I don't know a whole lot about the provenance of the pistol but from my surface level research the pistol appears to have been rebarreled at some point to 9mm. Great news for anyone that actually wants to shoot it, which it does very well by the way. The only serial numbers outwardly visible appear to match and the magazine floorplate matches as well. The photos speak for themselves folks. Thank you for looking, have a great day, and god bless.

I'd like to take a peak at a Georgia Drivers license or GWCL prior to any sale just to make sure you are of age and a Georgia resident.

Is this not considered an SBR?
I ran across this several years ago- I am not a lawyer and have no idea if the BATF still uses this.

- A C96 (aka 1896) Broomhandle Mauser with pre-1940 manufacture receiver AND with either an original buttstock or a close replica of an original buttstock, is a Title 1 (1968 Gun Control Act) Pistol ...(also a Curio and Relic firearm); it is NOT a Title II Short Barrel Rifle. BATF regards this as a collector's item not likely to be owned as a weapon. However, a C96 Broomhandle either
- - with a receiver made after 1940... OR
- - with a stock that is NOT an original OR CLOSE REPLICA of an original issue,
is considered by BATF to be weaponized and NOT a collector's item.

This is kinda what I was thinking. Thanks
