Matching number parts kit? Whose receiver?

Receiver is stamped the following

ATM Fridley Mn
Century Arms Inc
Georgia, VT
Model 1960

Only non matching number is on the BCG Receiver, barrel, and stock are numbers matching. There are also proof marks on the BCG that I am unsure of the origin.

Oh the Barrel is chrome line, the BCG is chromed as well.
