Those dogs are having to walk around in that poop. Looks like your dogs are living in, to put it mildly, less than less than optimum conditions. Of course, your dogs are just another tool in the toolbox aren't they? Are you aware of the state minimum requirements for outside dogs, and the minimum shelter requirements, etc? Maybe your local SO should stop by just to make sure.
