Item Description: This semi-automatic Russian DP27/8 is chambered in 7.62X54R. It was built by Rick Smith of Smith Machine Group on a 1937 Russian kit. It comes with an original, live barrel, one 47-round pan magazine, and an original DP sling.
The DP was the workhorse of the Red Army during WWII. Almost all of the semi-autos on the secondary market are Polish, post-war, and featuring reproduction barrels due to sanctions. A Russian kit with an original barrel is rather difficult to come by.
Can send video to serious buyers showing proof of life. Runs like a rabid ape.
