Selling a barn style building with a window,
*2 electrical outlets, just plug up the power cord outside, and they work. full insulation on the inside. Great for office, hunting, storage, heats up in no time with the weakest of heaters. Building looks like new with two double doors, 1 window on opposite end, roof is rolled on, which is tough as nails. I know of someone who's in the business of moving storage buildings, the last quote I got from him was very reasonable. Please note you may find some building that are wired, but not insulated AND wired; mine is, and as a result, I'm selling it for about $3000 less than what it's actually worth, even in this economy. Insulation, buying and installing it, is $1000 minimum at least, please take that into account.
