Set trigger, you pull the rear trigger to set the front trigger, which will then break under very light pressure, usually less than one pound.

One trigger sets the other for a really smooth and crisp pull. Normally can pull just the forward trigger by itself for a longer and heavier pull. Allows for more precise shooting.
