LOP has a 0 to roughly 1" adjustment. Same for cheek riser height. It does have a spring detent so you can adjust positions on a standard 6-position mil-spec receiver extension (pic with arrow). I will say it locks up VERY solid on my Defender's extension. Zero wobble.
