Underpriced? Dude that's regular price at the shops around town, and yes they are starting to come in, they just get sold right away, but they are available now. If you do not want to wait or play the show up at the shop and see what they have game, this is the same price your would get there, WITH NO BILL OF SALE, how much is that worth?

Most shop I've seen had the SPR for almost 4G.

Sandy Spring for example, had two for 3500 and 3800.
