Item Description: A lot of you guys have been asking me about cutting you cases so I figured I should start an official thread with pricing and details to help you guys out. I can order these in OD Green, Desert Tan and Black.
I personally cut each one of these gun to perfectly fit your rifle, pistols and accessories. The process takes around 3-6 hours for each case and is highly detailed oriented work. I have cut many of these cases over the past year using a custom built hotwire cutter. These precision cuts cannot be done with a hot knife. I am very careful with my work and make sure you are 100% pleased with the cut and fit of your gun.
Pelican makes a GREAT case. These cases are top of the line and are beautiful when the gun is cut into them. They are water tight, crushproof and dust proof. You can even put your guns in them and bury them in your back yard. I have posted some pictures of my work below. Several members on here can vouch for my work. I will meet all members face to face so they will know me, my personality and know they can trust me with your guns while I do the work. For those that are uncomfortable with me holding their guns during the process I do have a waiver we both sign stating I am in temporary possession of your firearm, will not shoot it, use it in any other fashion other than making a template and test fitting of the case and I will return it in the same shape it was given to me.
As of right now I have a 2-3 day turnaround time on each case. I do have a full time job (restaurant owner) and I have a 22 month old

- Pistols - $50 each

**NOTE: These are the latest model pelican cases with the ultra soft open cel foam. They are NOT the older models with the harder closed cel foam nor are they the pluck foam**
