Item Description: I have a ruger 10/22 blued finish with butler creek folding stock, weaver rail, osprey red dot sight, ram line 25 rd magazine, butler creek 25 rd magazine, and promag 50 round drum magazine. Barrel has been cut to 16.1 inches and threaded by Burrell at Sullivan's Classic Arms in Cumming. I will also include 50 rounds of cci mini mag 22lr with the purchase as well as a tactical carry bag.

I travel through the cities listed above on a weekly basis.

I know the law does not require this but I do: 1) you must have positive ODT feedback. 2) you must present to me your GA ID and GWL. 3) you must affirm to me that you are not prohibited from posessing a firearm. 4)you must sign a bill of sale. This is a private transaction.

gun has only a few hundred rounds through it since new.

i've sold probably 8 or 9 guns via this board over the last 2+ years and have done a handwritten bill of sale with each one. I'm not the government, I'm not a dealer, I'm just a private individual who keeps track of the guns going through my hands. Besides, the Bill of Sale also protects the buyer from a rogue seller who could later claim the gun was stolen.

A little research would show you how worthless a BOS really is.
 
I don't need to do any research to know what value a BOS holds for me.

In fact, I never said that it had value to anyone other than to me and possibly to a buyer in a very limited set of circumstances.

I agree with you that it does not have much use to most people to begin with. In fact, I prefer to buy guns legally without a paper trail.

I do it for no reason other than for my peace of mind, my finanical records, and maybe as an affirmative defense to the way off possibility of a charge of receiving stolen property for the buyer.
