Item Description: Up for sale is a Nice M1-Garand it is a Springfield M1-Garand Serial Number 961*51 November 1942 and Barrel Dated 11-42 ME-1 TE-2.5
This is a CMP Service Grade Rifle.
With these ME and TE measurements it measures like new on the Barrel at the Muzzle and Chamber.
The Pads on the Barrel are not chromed and the Chamber is in the White.
The Barrel and Receiver are the same month and Year so this seems to be a Matched set (Receiver with Original Barrel from 1942).
This is a CMP Rifle and will come with CMP Cert.
The Op Rod is uncut SA-9 Straight side.
The rest is just a Mix of parts like most M1-Garands.
