Item Description: I purchased this rifle roughly 2 years ago and have only fired the 30.06 once and never fired the 12ga. It is in absolute pristine condition with the box and paperwork. This is definitely a unique piece that deserves a better home since I don't shoot it. I paid $3499 plus tax (retails for $3995) and will also include the Leupold Ultimate Slam 3-9x40mm scope that was purchased specifically for this rifle. Mannlicher mount also included and this mount is proprietary to to the rifle and cost $250 + tax. I paid just over $650 for the scope and mount so all-in I have over $4,400 invested in this rifle including tax.
The wood is hand carved, extra fancy grade Turkish Walnut that has a beautiful finish and the plates are both hand carved.
If you are not familiar with Steyr Mannlicher rifles they are truly some of the best in world and have won accuracy awards year after year. My first and only shot was 350 yards with the hard sights on a piece of steel that hit center mass.
