Suppressor is new and is still being held by the dealer as I elected to sell it and not submit the ATF paperwork. My dealer will complete the Form 4 paperwork etc for you. Um the person buying will not get the stamp. The stamp goes to the dealer, and the buyer will have to fill out a 4473 on the can.
