Bought this a few years ago and mounted it on my Shockwave and then on a Sub 2k. Never had any issues but the laser isn’t super powerful. Flashlight works well. It’s not an expensive piece at only $50 on Amazon. Asking $30. Includes what came in the box except I can’t seem to find two of the four rechargeable batteries that came with it. They aren’t anything special, you can buy non-rechargeable batteries that will work just the same.
