Item Description: Selling my 1943 Tula hex receiver M91/30 Mosin Nagant. No counter bore, strong rifling, and all numbers match except for the butt plate. Comes with bayonet and cleaning rod. The shellac has chipped some on the handguard, as pictured.

That's a rather unusual Mosin--a '43 Tula. When the Soviets recaptured the Tula Arsenal in 1943, production started back with whatever parts that where handy, including from battle field pickups. As a result, a few Tula 43's are built off of pre-1935 hex receivers. Good luck with the sale.
