It is an original Winchester model 1912 in 12 ga that was made in 1914.

The heat shield and bayonet lug is a new reproduction matching the original one.

I do not know the year or brand of the bayonet that has a 16” blade. No scabbard.

The original Full choke barrel was shortened to 21” and is now cylinder bore.
