Item has been relisted, you can find the new listing at: https://www.theoutdoorstrader.com/threads/fs-ww1-era-1917-remington-30-06.1755701/
Item Name: FS WW1-era 1917 Remington .30-06
Location: Johns Creek
Zip Code: 30097
Item is for: Sale Only
Sale Price: 450
Caliber: .30-06
Willing to Ship: Yes
Bill of Sale Required?: No
Item Description: WW1-era rifle with a typical provenance. It was my grandfather's rifle, then my dad had it and used it for hunting deer and elk, and then it came to me. I don't hunt and I prefer modern rifles/handguns, so I am selling this to help fund a new purchase (CZ Tactical Sport Orange).
The rifle is in it's original military configuration (ladder sight and rabbit ears on front sight) and with the flaming bomb proof marks on the barrel and bolt throw. The front hand guards were removed and a piece was used to make the cheek riser on the stock. The rifle is in good working condition for it's age with some minor dings.
If the sale is face-to-face, then I will throw in some surplus and commercial ammo I have (it's not much, maybe 30 rounds total), including a few M2 "armor piercing" rounds. I would prefer to sell to a GWL holder, but will sell to anyone who can legally purchase and own this rifle.
If shipping is needed, I will only ship to a verifiable FFL and you will pay for shipping (~$20).
