FT Ghost peppers

There is a little restaurant in downtown Lawrenceville that had a burger called the patrick swayze. It had a Ghost pepper salsa on it. Going down I did fine. It's hot but truthfully manageable. The next day at work I teared up in the bathroom. Never felt so much pain in my life. I know, tmi, but if I save one mans rear from death I did my job.

Local Republic...a great little secret in Lawrenceville. Amazing food and great selection of micro brew beers.

one time I was cutting up habaneros for a recipe and wasn't wearing gloves...which is fine for your hands. Not so fine on your first bathroom trip. I seriously considered dipping things in a bucket of milk to try and stop the insane pain.
