Ive seen some weird racks one year, and the next year they are fine. He could have just damaged the bud, one season with a damaged horn does not make him odd.

wait till this season to see what he is. U can't say this is a cull buck yet. Could just be an injury. I wouldn't ''cull'' him yet.
Give him another year. He may grow out of it.
