G-man weaponry

Mike Giugliano who has own and operated G-Man Weaponry unfortunately passed away June 11. He was excellent person to deal with and will be missed. His wife is supposed to be finishing the transfers as the executor of the estate. I have had 3 stamps at the store for quite some time. Has anyone been able to get their transfers completed since Mikes passing?

Just came across this and wanted to reply;
I'm sure by not you have been taken care of & if you were approve you have received the items you purchased from G-Man.
So sorry for all the inconvenience you went through but after Mike's passing I, his wife had to go through a lot of ATF procedures before I could even begin to handle any of the gun business or take care of his customers. All this took time and during this process my hands were tied. So in dealing with ATF, NFA, Washington DC, etc it took around 5 or 6 months to get approved to conduct business and be able to sign the 4473 form that allowed customers to pick up their purchase. After that, because I knew nothing about the gun business, I had ATF come to the shop & go over everything to make sure proper procedures were followed. After their visit I took care of business. Most customers were understanding & I appreciate their kindness & patience. Some were not and I can understand why.... you didn't know me and you wanted your stuff.
I was told by many just to let the business go but I felt Mike would have wanted me to take care of his customers so instead of being able to grieve over the lost of my husband I did what I had to do to take care of his customers. It took awhile but I have done just that. RIP Michael.

His wife was going to take over the biz and transfer all items out and be done with it but not sure why that hasn't happened.

Please remember that he would not have done this if he had a say in the issue. He was a genuine individual that loved the NFA World. G-DSPEED and G-D BLESS us all.

You can always call BATF&E to see what has transpired with his estate and final transfer to you.

Just came across your statement and to reply;
So sorry if you were misinformed or inconvenience at any time concerning the actions taken after Mike's passing.
I, Mike's wife, intent after Mike passed away was to take care of his customers. It took awhile, months in fact, to meet the approval of ATF in order to conduct business and complete all transactions Mike was unable to complete himself. With the help of ATF and a few of his close friends I was able to do just that.

RIP Mike. So is there still no headstone at Mike’s gravesite? Any reason that you would not let his kids purchase it out of their own pockets? It would be nice for the kids and grand children to have an actual headstone at the grave site.
