g26 vs g19 for concealed carry

Usually G19 IWB in a Cook's Holster. Sometimes I'll carry the G26 with an extra G19 mag. Just depends on what I'm doing.

I own both, both are fine firearms, but for whatever reason, I tend to go with the 26.

I think it's because the 26 offers more options. I can go small with a flush fit mag, more comfortable grip with an extension, or more capacity with a 19 mag/sleeve. The 26 is just a little more versital of a platform, I guess is what I'm getting at, the 19 is what it is.

19 either way. The 26 feels just like a 19 iwb. If you install extensions on the mags it doesn't even print less than the 19. I've had a19 for years before I got a 26, and kept the 26 for about two weeks before trading it away.

I have both and carry the 19, but I really like this setup as well. g26 with x-grip adaptor on a g19 magazine, the fitment of the adaptor is incredible

Boom! ALthough I carry the G27 not 26 when I carry Glock. And my grip sleeve is not Xgrip, but a soft rubber from Pearce(I think). I also carry two G22(or if it was a 9MM-G17 mags in an Uncle Mike's pocket holster off-hand back pocket for backups.

And it looks pretty darn cool too. I'm gonna get one, it slips over a 17 or 22 mag for use with a 19 or 23.

Careful...the sleeve adapting the sub-compact/compact will NOT work to adapt the compact/full size. The curve of the subcompact grip is different. One of the reasons I prefer the sub compacts. That curve makes the gun with the compact mag fit the contours of the palm much better than the stock Glock 19/23/32 frame does.

Thanks for the heads up. I checked and they make a different adapter for a 17/22 mag. Now I just need to buy another Glock. I'm waiting on my GSSF Coupon, I did a 2 year membership.

G26 with +2 base plate, iwb with a Glaco king tuk holster. When I want to go owb, the it is a 30s in a Blackhawk paddle holster. I have never needed anything else.
