GA man, show host banned from hunting in Kansas

So desperate for material on film. Greed. People look at this and say,”its hunters of course.” I had some experiences with some similar guys doing shows. I wont watch them anymore.
You hit the nail right on the head. I was going to hint at that. He found a honey hole in Kansas and filmed it as if it was in Oklahoma.

Eastern Oklahoma is completely different than were I lived. In the east it's all tree covered mountains and lakes. In the west it's flat as a pancake, dry as a bone, hot as hell with nothing but wheat field and cotton however there is trees and folage around the rivers. The Red River, North Fork of the Red offer great hunting for quail, deer and turkey.

A wonderful state to hunt in. Deer and turkey in the east and whitetail and mule deer, awesome quail hunting in the west. With good Pheasant hunting in the pan handle. I guess he just could track down those big racks in OK.. I just can't believe he had to go to Kansas to hunt unless he is just a bad tracker and had to improvise. Like you said anything for a dollar.

On my iPhone this was nearly impossible to read.

WICHITA, KAN. — A judge has ordered a Georgia man to serve a harsh punishment after he pleaded guilty to illegally hunting game.

According to court documents, on Wednesday, Matt Jennings, 35, of Bowdon, pleaded guilty to two counts of illegal taking of a white-tailed deer in interstate commerce.

The plea comes after Jennings killed an antlered deer near Florence, Kansas, in November 2022, according to the District of Kansas U.S. Attorney’s Office. His antlered deer tag did not allow him to take a deer into that part of the state. Authorities said the next day, the 35-year-old drove to Oklahoma, where he falsely registered the kill in Oklahoma using an Oklahoma electronic tag.

On Nov. 19, 2022, Jennings killed another antlered deer near Wakeeney, officials said. Although he had a valid tag for that area of Kansas, killing a second antlered deer in the same year is a violation of state law. He illegally exceeded the bag limit of one antlered deer per season, according to court documents.

How would they know and prove any of that? I’m assuming it was filmed?

The dude had hunting licenses and tags to kill antlered deer.... yet somehow he failed to follow the rules.
The huge fines and lifetime ban seems like too much. Maybe Kansas has unreasonable game laws and hunting regs?
Just shows how greedy folks get over killing big deer he got his just rewards.
