Gas or Charcoal?

I cook/smoke on a gas grill with water soaked hickory chips at home ....

but I use charcoal when camping

I have one of those Duo Grills, one side is gas and the other side is charcoal. I use the charcoal for most things and use the gas when I'm in a hurry.

Charcoal is number one. But sometimes I get a bit lazy and turn on the tank and swap the charcoal basket for the lava rock basket.

Charcoal when it's slow cooking or a good steak.Gas grill the chicken when short on time.

I like charcoal if I have thew time, but if I am just trying to get a few burgers done for dinner. Then gas

I grill a heck of a lot so I started using gas many years ago for every day grilling. I have a small charcoal grill that I like to cook burgers on and an occasional steak. If I have a large piece of meat like my favorite Boston Butt, I've got a Charbroil Silver smoker that I use. Like I say, I grill a lot.

Both. Couldnt be without either. Use the Charcoal for some good ol' steak grilling and the gas for quicky lazy/rainy nights.

Sadly, I am guilty of using gas in the past.
