Gas or Charcoal?

Charcoal. Don't own a gas grill and don't expect I ever will.

I smoke with electric and grill with gas. Once I figured out how to use wood to add smoke with the gas grill I pretty much quit using charcoal. I'm not saying charcoal isn't better, its just not enough better to bother.

Use gas now since I'm in the city, but when I was a kid and teenager, it was all charcoal. Charcoal really does make the stuff taste better to me. And Kingsford is the best.

Charcoal! Don't get me wrong, I'll eat meat off of a gas grill just as quick but I definitely would not personally own a gas grill unless I had to.
