Geissele on sale at G&R Tactical

Lol I keed I keed.

How do you like the G2S's? Are they a big difference? Worth the upgrade?

I think they are tremendous. If gives your rifle a completely different feel. In fairness, the only comparison I have is a standard trigger vs. a Geissele SSA/G2S. The 2 stage is very nice and it's very easy to get to the 'wall' at the beginning of the 2nd stage. I think this aids in accuracy because you know exactly when it is going to break. The G2S has the exact same feel as the SSA, it's just a budget option Geissele put out that is manufactured a little differently (per Geissele below):

The Geissele 2 Stage (G2S) was designed to be a high quality, cost effective option of the SSA. The G2S is a 4.5lb. non-adjustable combat trigger that is a precision two-stage trigger and allows precise and accurate trigger control. The G2S is manufactured from the same tool steel as the SSA. Visually, from the outside of the weapon there is no difference from the SSA and the feel and reliability is the same. The G2S however has a different way of holding the hammer pin in place, there is no laser markings, and the parts are only spot checked for MP.

Have you only used standard triggers in your ARs?

Great review. It's making me want to spend money I may not have haha. I've had my eye on the Geissele trigger for a while though. Just don't have any experience with them. Thanks!
