Don't think Integrity Arms is manufacturing them, just doing the ODT roll marks. Integrity Arms does some quality stuff from my couple experiences with them. Manufacture wise, it'll be one of the 6 or 8 forges that do AR lowers. They are all basically made from the same 6 places regardless of "brand" (excluding billet lowers of course).
