in the construction business, as I have been (was), I’d rather be in an EMC district any day than GP. The EMC’s will work their butts off to help you and get your project hot and GP will drag and drag and drag and drag and rarely be ready to heat the panels up when you are. At least that’s been my experience in the past 30 some odd years.
