What are you trying to amend I think I have the same trust and could send you the amendment sheets
I'm looking for the Schedule A pdf that was used to add items to the trust.

I had to remove a couple items, add two others, and get it all organized into a complete document again. I sent what I had and they sent back a complete .pdf document. Very happy with the results.

who is Karis and do they represent Nate Cochran's law firm? Are you able to log into a website and make your own changes or do they have to and send you the amended forms?Thanks

If I remember correctly it's his wife. Who is also a lawyer, but I don't know if she's with his firm. I sent her everything I had, which was the original trust, all of my stamps, and a list of items that needed to be removed. She made the corrections then sent me a .pdf
