Get a code red lower in 6-8 weeks

Well, they might be "new" to the market, but apparently they are still commanding a decent price. Looking at their web site they use CNC machines and good quality aluminum stock.

And apparently someone on Gunbroker thinks it's worth at least $400. I do love the logo, though. If I didn't already have 3 lowers on backorder from Brownell's I'd purchase one. I still may.

It kills me when they bid more than the buy it now. Looks like 15 people think its worth something.

I agree with the logo, very cool. Now I hope I get the 2 I ordered.

I ordered 2 and talked to a couple different people there via email. Got same day responses and they said they're running at an 8 week backlog. I think it's worth rolling the dice when most companies are saying 6-8 month backlog with no backordering available. My discover card will protect me if I get screwed, so I'm not worried.

So anyone know anything about the pistolpay that they're using? I tried to search a little on it and didn't find much more than people saying they were kind of afraid of it because of some other apparently unaffiliated gpay/gunpay payment system that went to the crapper.

I found where they were part of a training class for conceal carry in Florida earlier when I was searching. Apparently the owner of Code Red Firearms (unsuccessfully) ran for city council in Miami as well....

Maybe they're totally above board and just a new company - everyone has to start somewhere.

thats my impression. They also have a pretty strong showing on Facebook, which helps vouch. I think pistol pay seems legit. It was created to replace the failed gpay, and since PayPal hates guns, we will probably start seeing a lot more pistol pay in the future.
