You can graze on both "bad foods" and "healthy foods" and still look good. The problem is that most of the bad foods are calorie dense. Mostly because of the fats and carbs which make food so delicious. But you can definitely look bad eating "healthy foods" as well.
I recommend natural, non processed foods for my client over all health and systemic wellness. When it comes to simply "looking good" most can eat what they want as long as it's in a deficit and macros are accounted for.

Yes. Apparently some foods are more/less beneficial and some should be avoided altogether. The author is Dr. Don Colbert.I heard a co worker of mine was trying some diet plan based off of some blood work she had done. Something to do with what foods to eliminate, avoid and eat more of. Is it based off of food sensitivities?
NiceMy wife and I finish "No Junk January" tomorrow. A whole month without candy, cake, cookies, soda, etc. We already eat pretty healthy so it wasn't too difficult.
Unless you want to compete and are lifting for a set purpose (hypertrophy or strength) there is no wrong type of lifting. Just remember to follow proper form so you don't hurt your self. Great job on the weight loss! Do you track your carb intake through an app?I'm with y'all. Tomorrow will be 28 days smoke free since starting back in '95. I got a weight set and started lifting just after Christmas. Doing the strong lifts 5x5, don't really know if that'sthe type of lifting I should start out doing or not. I'm 6'3", 240ish and been eating low carb starting on 3 years now (started at 320#).
