Getting in shape for summer... who's in?

My exercise program hasn't started yet, but my nutritional program has. So far been journaling my food regularly and staying within my caloric intake of 1650 a day as well as not consuming any carbs after lunch and taking in lots of lean protein.

I don't see you logging on MFP. Are you hitting "Complete Entry" at the end of the day?

Make sure you are eating lots of fiber with all that protein. You'll learn what the term "****ting bricks" really means. It'll sound like your dropping ball bearings into the toilet.

Man, everyone with these sub 2000 calorie diets have got to be hurting. My BMR is at about 2000 calories alone. Let alone what I burn working out 5 times a week.

I work out 5 times per week and am running on 1500-1750 calories right now. I eat constantly though and am never hungry nor do I ever feel deprived.
