i just paid my last months bill. i am moving and my new roommate already established internet at the new pad
they claim i owe them for late fees or some other nonsense, but its comcast so naturally they are full of ****. but i have a modem i rented from them i need to return. i could give a wooden nickle about paying them the rest of the supposed balance owed, but i need to return the equipment
i also am so done with this company that i never want to spend my time dealing with them again. how should i go about canceling my account for good? cause there is no way in hell i am calling their customer service department.
im thinking about boxing it up and returning it to an xfinity store. anyone deal with cancelling your service with them?
All I can say is get that **** back to them asap and I would ship it to them via UPS or some other track-able service. I've had to return items to them multiple times, including defective cable boxes. In every case, they claim they never received them, including the times I did it in person. Hell, in true comcast fashion, they even continued to charge me monthly for equipment they knew I wasn't using and didn't even have possession of. Of course it took multiple calls, a UPS proof of delivery, serial numbers and multiple hours to resolve. Take pictures and record serial numbers and tracking numbers. Hopefully this is the last Comcast thread you have to create.LMAO man I know it, I usually have a Comcast meme on standby anytime I see a new threadfun thing is its always something different with them

i can record it for evidence too
what address was it? was it an xfinity store?Yes, they want you to return it in person. I told them to **** off, I'm not wasting the gas to drive to you. I told them to come pick it up. Needless to say, that didn't work. It took multiple calls and a few lies on my part to finally get an address to send the stuff to. Do whatever you can to cover your ass. They even went as far as claiming I never returned a defective box that was shipped back to them using their own label. ****ers.
what address was it? was it an xfinity store?
and ya, i already know i cant trust these sons of *****es
i just googledI'll see if I can find it.
