I hate Con-cast too, but it's the only game in town. Phone support, online support, avoid at all costs.

The store has been much better for me.
Just go in and remember the person you are about to meet is just like you, but stuck working for Comcast to get a paycheck.

Just found the tracking numbers (along with the long painful history of being a Comcast customer, thanks for that). Only thing it shows is Charlotte, NC...all six of them. I'm sick now.

i didnt plan on bitching at the folks who work there.

but i always remind them that their company has 1 out of 5 stars across the board on almost every single rating website

At first they called and left a message to return to my nearest comcast field office. I don't know where the hell one of those is around here bu I found out by accident while shipping something at UPS that they accept returned comcast equipment. So I took it there and it cleared my account. Now, if they think they're getting that collection of "fees", they can kiss my ***!

...it was their error in attaching additional charges without explanation nor their ability to explaint he icnrease in charges. i got tired of calling them for 2 hours each time and simply sent them the same amount for the past 3 months (i never missed a payment, i just didnt overpay them)......

This is EXACTLY why I delivered all the boxes, etc., I had in the house to the cable company in Feb 2012 and I've never looked back. Don't miss them at all...The way I look at it, my mind is less mushy (arguable) and I've saved more than $7,000.

i havent had cable in years. well technically it was provided for the internet but i never attached a cable box

still in the box it came on.......plus i think the cat i was watching may have peed on the cardboard box so suck on that comcast
