I'm pretty happy with my current TV provider. I had to buy my equipment up front and install it myself, but the monthly bill never goes up and they never call and try to get me to upgrade to a higher package.
you can only cancel your service free of charge if it's after your contract expires. if it's before that, they will hit you with early cancelation fees. You can take your stuff to any ups store and they will send it back for free. If you got a promo rate from them when you started your service, you most likely need to keep it for 12 months....
If its one thing Comcast is good at, it's opening collections accounts on peoples credit...
I always said, they could end the war on drugs, if they just legalized ever drugs, but you had to go through a cable companies CS to get them haha

my contract ended and this is what kinda started the dispute a few months back. they kept giving me the run around on the rate and i finally have had enough.
i can also cancel if im not going to be opening any other account. i think im going to simply tell them i am leaving the country. its none of their ****ing business anyway
When I canceled mine, I told them I was just moving into a place that had Comcast already set up with my sister. They canceled me mid month but charged me the whole month. They actually mailed me a refund check (3 months later)
ya, but i can dispute that right? i know my younger brother did so successfully with some other mess
how would i dispute?
the remaining balance is only 60 something bucks. i might just pay it to make sure they **** off for good
$60 isn't worth very much aggravation bud.....
That's like 10, tops 15 minutes at my aggravated rate.
