The problem with OC on a bike is that since most people are right handed they not only carry in a holster on the right side, bikes usually have the throttle on the right side. It complicates the physics of actually USING the gun effectively while moving. Doesn't PREVENT it, just complicates it. If, however someone cuts you off and you hit them, it should be a simple matter to put a few shots through the roof of their car as you pass overhead.
