yep ur right, just looked it up. i'm a small feller so being judged by 12 i wouldn't have a problem getting freed
I do the same thing. They make me a bit nervous when they are too close. People on motorcycles do not have near as much protection as someone in a car or truck, but I never tailgate people anyway because I'm not in that big of a hurry. I'll get there when I get there. I'm not going to run over someone just to get there a couple minutes sooner.
This morning I had some asshat in a green minivan about a foot (not an exaggeration) off my back tire. I turned around and with the palm of my hand facing her started making a pushing motion signaling for her to back off. She acted as if I had flipped her the bird and revved the engine. I dropped a gear and put about 200 yds between us and slowed back down (55 in a 45). A min later the lady tries to pass me in my lane gets in front of me and jams on the brakes. I saw it coming and cut left into a side street. She tried to turn around but I was long gone by the time she made it back. I swear I am going to start carrying ball bearings in my pocket.
Crazy, evil people these days! I think I'd have called 911 when I got to a safe location and gave them a tag number, just in case the next person he might decide to do that to wasn't protected.
