Glad I had my carry with me today

My bike is so loud that I just pull up next to the drivers side and gear down. The popping is so loud they can't take it for very long. Also, I buddy that I ride with carries a pocket full of marbles and tosses them over his shoulder one at a time to anyone tailgating. That usually backs them off!

Wow, glad you did the right thing. Sounds like you handled it perfectly!

I had a Fiat X 1/9. Well, I should say it was my dad's and he let me drive it. Let's see, crashed it when I was in high school dating a girl from Wesleyan in Macon. Locked up the motor and helped my dad take it apart/put back together. Turned out to be a bent valve. Did I mention the, what was it, 7,500 rpm redline? Oh, and replaced the clutch in it, too.

Didn't learn enough and bought a Fiat Spider later in my life. Fun car. Even more fun the day I sold it.

My x19 was my favorite car every. I know I liked you.

Loud pipes save lives, and piss off soccer moms talking on cell phones.
