GLOCK 26 OR 43?

I'm 5'6", 155lbs, 30" waist, 40" chest. The 26 carries MUCH better at the appendix IWB position for me. The slide length makes a big difference because the 26 doesn't stab me in the inner thigh the way the 19 does.

Also, with the standard magazine in the 26 it does not print on my shirt at all. Even with the Glock +2 magazines the printing is significantly less than the 19 due to the rounded rear profile versus the square edge of the 19. I carry at the appendix position, but even at the common 4 o'clock position the printing with the G26 with +2 mags is much improved over the 19.

I also can tell a difference in the weight of both guns fully loaded which makes a difference when carrying all day.

Right, Slide length isn't the problem, it's the fatness of the gun. It sucks IWB. And if it doesn't suck IWB for you, why wouldn't you be carrying the 19?
Grip length is shorter with the G26. I've carried both and my G27 (same size as a G26) is easier to carry while maintaining a healthy capacity.

I've always thought the 26 was a dumb gun. Every bit as fat as the 19, and most people carry the pinky extension on it anyway. So you really only save yourself about 1/2" of barrel length and nothing else.

If u carry the 26 with a flush mag, grip length is quite different than a 19. I agree if u start putting extensions on your 26 It defeats the purpose of going small to begin with. But that goes for the 43 as well. Flush mags on both the 26 and 43 and they are same height...
