The Brownells slides are awesome. Recently got one and love how the bottom of my rmr's glass is flush with the slide. Perfect fit.

The window on a red-dot on a 48 is going to be pretty small. I have one on my 43X, but prefer my RMR on a G19 MOS w/ a CH Precision Plate and I'm 52 that wears glasses. Just my two cents.

I just bought a G19 mos and it came with the plates. Wish I had went with a standard, the rear sight dovetail is set farther back on the slide. The night sights I bought were hanging off the back.
