Well there is no way I would take less than $1500 for my cream puff here.

I sent my G22 frame to Zev Technologies to have the frame work done, added a Zev mag release, Zev speed feed magwell and 3 Arredondo plus 5 base pads. I have $1100 in mine and haven't even touched the trigger or top end yet. I won't sell it either though. Probably end up with about $2500ish In it when I'm finished with it.

Finally broke down and got a Glock 19... 100% OEM... Will keep it that way.

Customization looks best to the one that had it done....
