Golf simulators

I'd like to get a golf simulator for a family Christmas present. There are so many options it's mind blowing. Anybody have one, or knowledge of what's good?

Sky Trak package with SIG10 enclosure under $3k total, dead accurate launch monitor, 100 courses, plays on iPad TV. My buddies swear by it for family fun, setup's a weekend job, no regrets.

It's his first one and apparently a very good starter.

Your budget is going to matter here... So how much are you trying to put into one?

And what kind of set-up? Indoor or outdoor? How much space do you have?

I bought a SKYTRAK ST MAX studio package $7k and $1k for Geek Squad to install it.
I saved $2k by already have a new PC to use. Now, I have to have a Pool table move and the floors done.
