I hate to think this way man. But you are best to cut the straps on them and toss them. People these days are sue happy. Please check the expiration dates on the back of the seats. They are like racing harnesses and DOT motorcycle helmets. They do have an expiration date. If someone's kid gets hurt or worse in an accident their "lawyer" could talk them into coming after you for giving them away..
