Item Description: Rock River 9mm upper with a DTI lower. It has a VM Hy Tech Uzi 9mm magazine block adapter and quad rail. Just swap the upper with a 5.56 and remove the mag adapter and you have a AR-15 in 5.56. Comes with 7 magazines.
